About
The One Thing We Do Not Joke About
SYG USA has been casting solid metal in Fort Lauderdale since 2004. Most of what we make is deliberately irreverent. This is not.
Four or five good photographs is enough to tell you whether this will work, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Why this line is different
Our catalogue is full of things designed to be funny, and we are proud of it. A statue commissioned after somebody's dog has died is not part of that, and treating it as though it were would be a failure of judgement rather than a matter of style.
So the tone changes here. The making does not — it is the same metal, the same hands and the same standard.
How we work
We build the design from your photographs, send it to you, and change it until it is right. Only then does anything get cast, in .999 fine silver, hand-poured. Afterwards the design is retired.
Nothing is poured without your written approval, because metal cannot be un-cast and a permanent object that looks slightly wrong is worse than no object at all.
What we turn down
Commissions where the photographs cannot support a likeness. Requests to incorporate ashes or fur, which we do not do. Copies of another artist's design or a licensed character. And anything where color is the point, because silver has none.
All of those are declined before anybody pays, with the reason explained.
Where we are
